Scanmudring’s Rock Removal Tool is developed for controlled removal of filter and armour rock inside large-diameter offshore foundation piles and pre-piling structures. Twin unrestricted ejectors, multi directional nozzle positioning, and controlled tool rotation provide systematic excavation across the full internal area, while integrated dump containers enable controlled relocation of removed material.
Designed for coarse rock gradings up to CP90/250, the system combines subsea back flushing, thruster-assisted heading control, and integrated cameras, lighting, sensors, and 3D live monitoring for efficient, controlled operation.
· Twin 17-inch or larger unrestricted ejectorsfor coarse rock gradings up to CP90/250
· Horizontal and vertical nozzle positioning with controlled rotation for full-area coverage
· Integrated backflushing for subsea blockage clearance without tool recovery
· Twin dump containers with approximately 24m³ combined operational capacity
· Integrated cameras, lighting, sensors, heading control, and 3D live monitoring
· Configurable for piles and pre-pilingstructures, with shared topside equipment and personnel options
