Core elements include seawater HP pump units, automated internal pile cleaning tools for grouting preparation, robotic coating removal tools with controlled stand-off, and compact ROV jetting guns for confined-access cleaning.
Cleaning performance is driven by depth and stand-off control: at increased depth, jet efficiency reduces and nozzle positioning becomes more critical. Pressure, flow, nozzle geometry, and traverse / rotation speed are tuned to achieve the specified cleaning grade.
